What we do
Regit was founded in Regensburg, Germany in 2013 and has since become a multi-brand company specialising in web and software solutions for the sale of digital products. We currently operate 14 internet shops and software solutions, with more to come. In the following, we would like to briefly explain our claim
and at the same time our flywheel. It’s important to remember that it’s not a linear process. Although we talk about the process in terms of sequential steps, it’s actually a highly iterative loop. Within each phase, we make new discoveries which may require to revisit the previous stages.
Code. It makes it possible for us to create computer software, apps and websites. Coding is the process of transforming ideas, solutions, and instructions into the language that the computer can understand.
Build. We'll want to find out who our users are and what they really need. Then we'll define the users problem that we want to solve. Now it’s time to come up with possible solutions and to turn our ideas from there into prototypes.
Design. It’s the most visual part of the process with in-depth sketching and brainstorming and designing a final, polished solution. Repeatedly revising and measuring the impact after each change, no matter how small, is key to this step.
Release. At the end when we maintained a user-centric approach we're ready to real users and want to see how they get on. Here any design flaws that need to be resolved quickly become apparent and of course, repaired straight away.
Repeat. Once we have done that, we repeat it all over again for a new project and revisit previous projects from time to time. On average, we needed about three months for this process. But we are getting faster and faster.
